Air Pollution Specialists: |
- Mold Assessment and Testing (We
do not do Mold Remediation)
|
- Indoor air quality inspections and testing.
|
-
Inspection by an expert is recognized to be the most practical approach.
|
- Testing can be done for a variety of substances, if warranted.

Ambient monitoring: |
- OSHA compliance monitoring is commonly done for substances that have OSHA PEL's
(permissible exposure limits). Usually these are personal monitors that we supply for the
employees to wear for 8 hours and these are taken to a qualified laboratory for analysis.
|
- DEP compliance monitoring is done for air toxics. This is usually done by evaluating
the stack emissions and then calculating the concentrations at the property line.
Sometimes direct measurement at the property line is done as well.
|
- Site characterization usually includes some direct reading tests such as with a PID
(photoionization detector), combustible gas indicator, Geiger Counter, and confined space
gas monitoring devices. Sampling and Lab analysis is done as well.
